We know that going to a new place can sometimes be a bit intimidating, so we have made it super easy for you to know what to expect when you come to MANA Health & Wellness and what our culture, policies and requests are.​

We pride ourselves in creating a 5 star experience for all of our guests by offering a sacred and safe space for connection, collaboration and healing and we thank you for your mindful co-creation of this.

Please note that all of our services are by appointment only.
For safety reasons, the front door will be locked while we are in session.
General
​Welcome to your sacred space for growth and healing.
We love teaching people to slow down and to go within by embracing silence and mindfulness, therefore we ask that you be mindful of other guests and keep noise level to a minimum especially in the common areas.

Out of respect for your own healing and all of our guests, we ask that you please respect the following code of conduct:
We are a Therapeutic Wellness Centre, therefore all guests must fill out a Health History form prior to receiving any services/treatments at MANA Health & Wellness.
It is important that the health information you provide is complete and accurate and updated once a year. This information is confidential and the link to fill out the form is sent in your confirmation email as well as your appointment reminder email.
Please help us preserve a tranquil environment by lowering your voice and turning off your cell phone before coming in. If you must take a phone call, you will be asked to do so outside.

​Hydration is important, please bring your reusable water bottle with you.
For safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed other than in the lobby.

We are proud to offer you a vape & smoke-free environment.
No drugs or alcohol are permitted on site and guests who are under the influence of these will not be allowed to use our services.

Behaviours deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises if these instructions are not respected, and without any compensation from us. This may lead, in some cases, to a ban on future access to the site.

We are not responsible for lost, forgotten, damaged or stolen personal items including but not limited to Gift Cards.

Guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Although many of our services are covered by most extended health care plans, because each plan is unique, it is your responsibility to check with your plan and policy with regards to your personal coverage.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email us or use our online booking system to do so.
Please be advised that we require 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling flat fee of $75. No-Shows will be charged the full price of your treatment/session.
All classes & event tickets are final sale and non refundable.
