​​Position: Part Time Guest Experience & Float Attendant
First impressions matter—and so do lasting ones!
As a Guest Experience Attendant at MANA Health & Wellness, you'll be the first point of contact for all our guests, playing a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. This position provides the opportunity to introduce new guests to the life-changing benefits of float therapy, massage therapy, mindfulness and more. As a vital member of our team, you'll help maintain a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and compassion, ensuring every guest has a transformative experience.
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

MANA Health & Wellness, a pioneering leader in the wellness industry and the original Float Therapy Spa in New Brunswick, is looking for a calm, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys creating a positive guest experience, and thrives in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Process payments and send insurance receipts when applicable.
Maintain a paperless environment using Jane Online Booking, Google Drive (Docs & Sheets),
Google Business Suite email, and Square Payments.
Communication & Social Media:
Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
Manage and respond to social media inquiries.
Bonus: If you love being creative, you can help develop and create engaging social media content to promote our services.
Retail Products and Services:
Educate guests on the benefits and uses of products in our small retail section.
Provide knowledgeable guidance on the benefits of our services to help guests make informed decisions.
Float & Oasis Room Maintenance:
Prepare and clean the Float Pod Room before and after sessions, ensuring everything is clean, sanitized and stocked.
Prepare and clean the Oasis Room, including turning on the sauna and disinfecting all areas after use.
Ensure all areas, including showers, floors, and float pods, are cleaned and maintained properly.
Light Float Pod Maintenance such as Checking Filters and adding H2O2.
Laundry & General Cleaning:
Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away towels and linens.
Keep the bathroom clean and well-stocked.
Regularly clean mirrors, shelves, windows, and other general cleaning tasks.
Closing duties including vacuuming and washing all floors.

Qualifications:

Tech-savvy with experience or ability to learn Google Drive, Jane Online Booking, and Square Payments.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a calm and organized manner.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Fluency in both English and French is preferred.

Interest in health and wellness.

Previous customer service experience is an asset.

Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
